If nothing else, no-one can say that GCY staff are overpaid compared to the market.
Also, I know a poster or two have wondered about the CFO leaving and other staff.
GCY is in transition, the staff that have been hired are, as I understand it, are held in high regard within the industry (just those I have spoken to at conferences). Especially Ian K. the operations manager.
If things go according to plan next quarter, then 25,000 ounces will not be the highest quarterly run rate for FY19. If they get even just get close to their 1.3g/t (technically its 1.26g/t), then feeding the plant 750k tonnes will seem them get above 25k per quarter for hopefully, the first 2 years at least.
