I think Pokemon might be trying to read in what wasn't said ... but saying "some" does not exclude "all" nor does it claim "all" .

You make a good point Omero, what is it that Pokemon is claiming. NAGs supporters don't claim they have no competition, they say that they believe NAGs facilities are best placed to win the contracts. Some Detractors have made statements about absolutes such as "NAGs will never get a tonne of PASS" in a frenzied attempt to convince themselves.

Whether it is "all" or "some" of the PASS is relevent. There are places that can take PASS but not 1.2m tonnes of it. So the quantity is relevent. These quantities are a first for Vic & very different to someone taking 20,000 tonnes.

So I think trying to make the debate about whether it is "all or some" is simply a "strawman" - a distraction.
