Share price is mostly irrelevant to management except when seeking funds.
Although they are major shareholders they are not worried about dilution, what would you prefer 5% of a $30M pie or 2.5% of a $300M pie?
They have more cash now than ever and have followed the golden rule, if your doing a cap raise get more money than you need.
Does anyone really believe its to fund working capital? There are many other options of funding working capital than through equity. They made a loss of $3.2M last FY, they only need an extra $4.5M in sales @ 70%gm to break even and that working capital is only ~$1M extra. Plenty of cash left in Bank.
Did the distribution agreement with Fillerina make sense for Australia when you have a global distribution program?
I suspect the cash in the Bank if for the acquisition of Fillerina. They will trial it and if it shows positive signs of being a successful member of the family they will snap it up.
That will be sooner than later as you don't fatten someone elses pig and then buy it back at a premium at the markets.
No one likes to present empty handed at the AGM.
All speculation of course.
