Hi Sabine - I haven't looked at their accrued losses so not sure when they'll start paying tax again.

Re Franking credits - they would still have some from past years when they made profits. I'd expect the board will set a div rate that can be continued to be fully franked by using up past franking credits whilst the company is still offsetting profits with past losses ... then using newly generated franking credits as it moves back into paying tax again.

I'm a bit busy in reporting season elsewhere (NWH is a fairly small holding for me) - so will have a look through books for this later. However, maybe someone has already pulled out the numbers?
