It doesn't even need to be that high - Rev to guidance of aprox $1.1Bn, NPAT $75m (slight margin improvement on FY18), eps 20c, divs 10c (histotical 50% payout) and a PE of 15 (positive sentiment and orderbook) would give us a share price of $3.
Nothing exceptional required except BAU for this NRW/Golding team and the expected revenue tailwinds
