I was also surprised by SP mini-flop yesterday, but suspect it was more a knee jerk reaction to small mention of directors reviewing possibly raising some capital to carry out the company's new strategic plan/goals.

Some SH's probably just panicked and bailed, when they actually flagged doing one as part of the restructure last year but then decided was no need at that time. Having adequate capital to pursue growth and efficiency initiatives actually a real positive in my opinion.

Result was strong, and i think puts a gradual positive re-rating of SP in the pipeline. Nice EPS and DPS forming now, firmly underpinned by serious discount to NTA. As post-restructure track record established, watch for the accompanying rerating.
