Does anyone understand the negative reaction yesterday to the 2018 result?
A dividend is being paid for the first time since 2010. The 2019 results are predicted to be much better than 2018 based on the crop to be ginned.
The adjusted net tangible asset backing at the end of the period was 1.03c, the share price is currently trading at less than half that amount.
The restructure of the company from a co-op to an ASX listed company was successfully completed in September last year, this should result in greater efficiencies being realised within the company and alternative means of capital becoming more readily available.
Other posters thought would be appreciated.
