Base1864, I disagree with your comments, we formed a group and majority in the group would like to see some progress in the next month or 2. Surely the JV could be around the corner.
Your opinion is valid but at the end of the day it's a collective effort. What is your plan ? Do you have a plan ? If you have a proposal put it to the group, I'm not sure who you are in the group but you can contact me directly.
If you want to get rid of CG ? Who is the replacement CEO, do you have numbers to call the special shareholders group ? You need to have a min of i believe 5% voting rights or 100 members. We have more than 5% of votes but not 100 members and the members will only vote depending on outcomes in the next few months.

I agree I'm not happy with progress but will convene the group on next steps depending on progress.

Plus please show some professional courtesy if you have disagreements with the group to voice them in the group initially. We are open for suggestions provide it's rationale and make sure everyone's investments are protected.
