$6.4m in legal fees for the class action so far, damn that's getting expensive.
They are really going for the win here, obviously we can't know the outcome yet but a win for CCV would most likely involve MB paying costs.
My assumption is still either a loss or settlement but surely we must be close to a result one way or the other
