    Hi Retired and Billy,
    Just started looking at this stock. Could someone give me a quick explanation as to why the Company maintains such a low Dividend Payout Ratio(40% currently and not to exceed 50%). Doesn't make it as attractive as Companies with a progressive higher ratio return. Thanks for any comments. Crookers
