The interest expense was in fact $40 million. All the interest being paid on their notes is simply being capitalised and not really being shown transparently. You need to read the notes carefully to pick it up. Note 9.
IMHO this burns cash faster than an IT startup. a day of reckoning will come and it will be ugly.
