Martin Rogers $637,796 package Non-executive Director I assume he also joined Feb 2013 but I could not find in the fin report.
You cannot justify those packages I don't care how good you are. It should be performance base and as yet I don't see any performance yet. If and when the bit of plastic is sell millions then yes they are due their reward.
