I am not inferring that court action will happen. All I am saying is companies need to be careful when naming a company or product and do their DD on not only Australian Names and Trademarks but also internationally. Many have come to grief and many more will without the correct DD and investigation.
With regard to name change, from business point of view many $$$'s were expended prior and during the Olympics, product was heavily promoted under the Consegna name, now is starting anew under the Rhinomed name. Therefore starting from scratch.
