I generally agree with the comments here, but I have to say I'm disappointed by BeyondD... I would have been interested in repurchasing shares if that acquisition was working.

The best part in my opinion is the increase in the dividend. If the company would promise to just milk the cash from now on, that would increase its value in my opinion.
