Wow. I just read the Accounts and the wage bill has shot up. We now have:

MD - Base $290K + a lot of expat allowances
Exec Director - Base $275K
CFO - Base $175K
Exploration Manager $200K
Chief Operating Officer $250K
Chief Geologist - $250K

Plus there's cash bonuses for everyone (what happened to stock incentives - no options issued during the year?)

And thats just the chiefs - there are probably a lot of indians too.

I hope we are going to see some value created in the next 6 mths to justify this spend.
