No need for any over-accurate figures, just look at the following.

Cash > $100 million
Resources 1.6 billion tonnes IO
SP $0.82

Subtract the cash from the SP 0.82-(100/161.3) = 20 cents

So the IO is worth $0.2 x 161.3m/1.6b = 2 cents/tonne

Or, the IO is worth $32 million bucks. Really?
