The market cap at 4 cents is just over $10 million so its hard to call the stock expensive.

4 cents per share is a market cap of less than 25% of revenue

All the financial indicators are improving after a few years of decline , so its surprising the see the stock struggling to break that 4 cents level now they have reported positive momentum and making sales in IK , China, Dubai , NZ and Australia .

I really think there is a lot of stale shareholders holding it back , there was a lot of shareholders about 4 years ago that paid 8 cents and they caused a lot of trouble

I think the worst is over and a lot of upside if in reading the annual report of a strong order book is forthcoming and we see electric and driver less cars replace the current vehicles on the road then quality road lighting is going to be critical for our government to create its implementation .

The positive for 16./17 was the EBIT was up 114% for 2016/17 to $2.679m the negative was the EBIT was only 6% of revenue, so a 94% expense to EBIT .

The good news though was that they reported they have started 17/18 strongly with strong order book, and this gives me confidence they can move towards $70m of revenue and then try get the EBIT margin on higher sales levels towards 10% which is where companies trading on multiples of 12 times EBIT are trading at.

With less than 300m shares on issue a $7m EBIT should start to see a much higher market cap
