Thanks for the post. Perhaps you can shed some light on the recent Substantial Shareholder Notice from Pinnacle stating they have disposed of their 14.4% shareholding. I was advised on 14 September (by a HC poster) that Spheria is a subsidiary of Pinnacle. According to Etrade Spheria remains a major shareholder but Pinnacle is not. (and ... who purchased the 14.4%?)
