Would have to be the most naive comment I've ever read on here.
Owning the stack = building a moat. It's less likely for a team to engage another wearable provider if they're also users of the video, and athlete management solutions.
Spending all your energy improving a wearable that is fast becoming a commodity would be like "redecorating the castle".
