I worked for the Pact's companies. named it Alto, VIP Packaging, Brickwood, Sunrise, Baroda and Viscount as a casual contracting pick packer. I have then invested into their shares since August last year. Yet, this 20% drop or 25% drop on my end is a significant blow into my portfolio's holding. However, I would like to clarify on a few things to the rest of speculating investors:

    1) During the course of my work, I had never worked on any machines of these companies above that are producing plastic bags whatsoever. These 6 companies that I have worked for producing milk caskets, trays, milk bottles, caps, soft drink bottles, rubbish bins, and daily products containers. I had never produced a plastic bag from those companies rather than grab those plastic bags from the ProPac Group (ASX PPG) to put on the Visy's cardboard carton (boxes) to produce a box and a plastic bag to put the Pact's products into it.

    2) During the day of the drop, the market was opening at $4.77 (which I believed). There was nothing that an open market investor could do rather than to sell off against the institutional investors who are dumping the shares just like August last year (I missed that boat as I just had a job back then). Few hours later, I sold off my shares from other company and bought the PGH shares at $4.46 but the price tumbled down to further. Next day, price surges to $4.50 again but against got washed down. I do understand you all feeling as I put my money in there and got washed down significantly (25% on my end). Nevertheless, I doubt that the drastically dumping could come from any of us, other than the institutional investors. Yes, some of the investors are shortening the position, but to many investors, owning more than 5000 shares, being consistently controlled by the market to obey with the 10 cents rule, I think of no other than the institutional investors that have been controlling the market and even perhaps manipulating these 10 cents rule ever since I entered the market. The first day of the drop, the daily volume was over 10 millions shares, yet the next day, I see over 6 million shares traded, and it has been reduced. I do not understand the implications behind those moves, but I sat here and questioning my shares, do any of us regular investors, or even daily traders that could exacerbate these massive volumes that could drop significantly that forced the market to react accordingly.
    * Personally about me, I invested into crypto currencies and don't any investors told me they don't see what a drastically forces of sell-off really like.

    3) I had researched google, and that said, usually when the acquirer acquired another business, the shares tended to drop and yes the corporation just deliver a less profitable yearly report, due to high resin prices and energy costs (Copied), the history of repeat sell-off began. I don't blame any one but just a crappy day in my pocket. That said, I still hear many respectable comments from the forum about this corporation, so I guest I will hold onto it as dividend day is coming, and the price will recover shortly, the directors will buy back, the annual meeting in November is coming, the company has massive money inflow, and the company is less cyclical compared to Qantas, and it hasn't lose half a billion like Myer blah blah...

    4) PGH shares had dropped from $6 ranged down to $5 range in the last year due to the organic food problems, and yet during the course of halting the market and offer extra shares under the offering of $5.28/ share for the acquisition of factories in China and Asia (I took a full offer) and the share price went down and up but within $5 range, yet only to rise to its peak during the Directors' hoovering. Nobody knows in the short term what could happening but rather rely on the company's history but every one is positive that in long term (a year or two) when the Malcom Bunley's CEO promising that the company will reach the large cap range, hence enables the share price to drive higher. I don't know anything so I let the opinions to you all, but rather explaining what I had seen and read.

I wish you all best fortune and seeking for your opinions so I can learn from you all.

    Cheers
