Big W lost $150m and the bloke running it since Nov 2016 gets a promotion to Top Dog. I hope his remuneration is tied very closely to the performance and turnaround.
Also need to see exactly what bonus/performance and salaries are dragged out because frankly, it should be like CBA where Chair freezes bonus payout.
Renumeration report is going to be very interesting..... get the pencils out shareholders and be prepared to tick the box and reject Directors enriching themselves.
