3.2 Clawback of remuneration The clawback policy was introduced in June 2016. This policy enables Slater and Gordon to claw back certain elements of an Executive KMP’s remuneration if there has been a misstatement of the financial statements which resulted in the Executive KMP receiving a reward which exceeds the outcome that would have been achieved had the misstatement not been made. The clawback provisions are designed to further align the interests of the Executive KMP with the long-term interests of the Company and to ensure excessive risk taking is not rewarded.
