One to two years difference between land vs house and land sale. Construction of a home is usually 8-12 months. I assume shorter for professional developers than joe blows like us.
Most houses can get some immediately there will always be a few laggards such as display homes and worster of the lot type issues which take longer to sell.
But majority will be sold and settled at completion given the demand dynamics.
