These guys earned EPS of US 101 c in 2012.
Since then they spend a whopping US$1bn on acquistions (a material sum in the context of a company valued in the market today at a little over US$2.0bn).
And yet today EPS is still going to be around that 2012 level, possibly even lower.
Which suggests to me that there is something horribly wrong with the core business for it to have gone backwards to the extent that it is evidently doing.
This used to be a very good business some years back, but the negative organic growth in recent years is a big concern, I think.
Fails the smell test, for me.
