Unless it makes it into Apple's Approved Apps store it will only work on iPhones that have been jail broken. I am not aware of any VOIP application that Apple officially allow to be sold through Apple Apps store, being the greedy buggersthey are they won't let any apps in that allow for free calls.
The majority of iPhone users do not Jail Break their iPhones so again, another dud.
