It is a very muddled announcement, produce here, process there, swap here and there, use our dairy expertise here over there (hang on one of the risks of what they were up to is they acknowledged they had no dairy expertise)...to be harsh it comes across as a "Phew! We have got something, lets tell the world."
Looks like there will be some arrangement with the Athony family in Fiji to setup up an organic dairy farm in Fiji with processing of that milk locally to sell to the local Fijian (and possibly AU/NZ tourism and expat) market. Expect some major share dilution as they (a) issue shares to the Anthony family for whatever they have now, and (b) to raise more capital to get it operational including whatever processing facilities required to process the raw organic milk into sellable product.
