concur - what you say is true......
and I also am (very very) cognisant of history .......
however - someone has tipped in 50% of the mk cap of this entity .........so, if they get a sniff of actually signing a real GSA .......then the stock could do well .....
I (personally) cant take those kind of risks ........
but someone has !
