Since last postings..have been able to view "terms sheet" for C/R

It seems that last tranche may have been closed at less than disclosed
"up to' number of shares to be allocated...hence panic by some "not helds"
regarding apparent shortfall....note 2nd tranche stated at not less than 2c..

Further to those that remain interested,"flow rates results for Pathfinder
expected September 2017".with any appropriate updates regarding reserves
and resources to follow..
