Usually these reviews are done and biggest institutional investors also get their "thoughts" reflected. I suspect CEO gone was part their doing.
I am purely speculating but given that 20% increase in last few days I suspect they may have know this. If the restructure and some changes announced is approved by institutional SHs then they will take this up. We will find out over the next week.
