That might be next month, they had some outstanding orders which got filled. Its a very onerous covenant to adhere to from what I can see, they can be $1 negative in a particular month and X Coal can call it in.
Good luck to shareholders I truely hope it works out but they must be on tenterhooks every month. Not something I would want to have my money in.
