No I am not saying I would have invested, just that I don't invest in companies that leak. I have no idea who leaked, I just said I don't think it was management.

For me investing is about ruling out companies; bad management, poor ground, hype, and leaks are all things I want to avoid. Of course some of the companies I have invested in end up having some of these features (take MUS for example which suffered from bad management and hype although it does have good ground and no leaks), but not when I first invest. The ASX at this end of the market is enough of a rigged casino that you are better being unfair to a company than giving it the benefit of the doubt.

For those of you more forgiving than me the SP of BOA is looking attractive.
