I would be careful at these levels though. Last time I bought at 3.4c it retracted to 2.3 which is a fairly big loss with a few more weeks before final results and fairly size-able dead spot.
Buy in at mid 2's will be a more reasonable entry point unless preliminary findings anns before the year closes. Hard to imagine IMO and would better suit a good 2014 start than a spike at 2013 and dump to start the '14 CY
