Agreed, looks like someone else is starting to see this clearly. Substantial holders always know more as they do the work required before taking large positions. I have see the current no 1 Resilient on many other Cos over the years and I have never seen them get one wrong! They turn up, then the stock rips, then they are gone (either short,medium or long term). Then add Regal, well that speaks volumes
