I have gathered its carrying a lot of baggage after the few months I have been following it. Shell's are generally valued at $2-$4 mill from what I have seen....I have been comparing this against oil/gas peers and just staggered at the discount with this stock.

The market just doesn't seem to believe anything they say. I always say the charts are the only thing you can trust in the market - I keep expecting to see this breaking through 1.3c on volume & rocketing to the high 2's but until that happens it just keeps range trading sideways regardless of what they announce.
