The actual number of shareholders may become just as important as the number of shares we collectively own.

This could particularly be the case if Taurus get over 90% but less than 96.74%

They can compulsorily acquire under the takeover if they get at least 96.74%
They can attempt compulsory acquisition via different means if they get 90%, but we can make a lot more difficult for them to do (time and money), and it will depend on the total number of remaining holders.

That's my reading of how it works anyway. I'm no legal expert.
