appreciate thee disclosure, im a banker and purely looking at the income v price

the only reason i see a CR being at a decejnt price is because Taurus cannot take us over if they dont get the majority, in which case a CR need to happen.

i agree that any company knows what reputation Taurus has by now - though it has been forced by the takeovers panel

also taurus cannot buy anymore shares once we relist because they will violate their 80% ruling.
