finally an end to this fiasco?
The current Offer Period is due to end on 2 July 2018. Unless the Special Committee reconsiders its position on facilitating the Further Enhanced Offer before 22 June 2018 (being the last date on which the Bidder can extend the Offer Period), the Bidder will not extend the Offer Period further or declare the Offer unconditional.
