    I like the way they said this in Brackets

    RRP Sub-Committee recommendation: a recommendation from the RRP SubCommittee that the Enhanced Proposal be accepted by Realm shareholders, subject to the independent expert concluding that the Enhanced Proposal is reasonable (even if not fair).

    If it is not fair, how can it be reasonable?
