The market doesn't really like SEA much at the moment, so good news will likely fall on deaf ears, and the bulls were already expecting it. Good news doesn't necessarily increase share prices or people's valuation; unexpected good news does. If you think it's undervalued in light of this news, then presumably you'll think now is a good time to buy.

I expect we'll see a slightly higher price than the current 37/37.5c at close today, but I think we'll need to be patient to see those nuts get returned, let alone see 50c+, but I do think we'll see over 60c before H2.
