I think you will find that ROY is having a very detailed look at the slurry pipe deliver system for their project and a delegation is meeting with SA Govt politicians in the very near future to seek support for the project.
With the new major shareholders expertise to raise needed capital and get big projects rolling ROY is making strong headways.
I like this stock.
