Including the Div + Special Div an offer over $5.50 is pretty good IMO.
I know in the early days some were hoping for $6, but in the current market that was probably shooting too high.
We have pretty much met in the middle ($4.90 - $6) and anything higher than $5.30-$5.40 was always going to be cream IMO.
As you also picked up on the take over has at least kept the stock in the green over the last couple of months
