I agree with you both, the directors have been useless and have eroded rather than added value and have just been riding the admin expense gravy train.. They announced previously that they would put a renewal of the deed up for vote by shareholders at the next agm so not sure if the status quo is going to change but if it is nows the time for Feng Hua to show its hand although I'm yet to be convinced they can deliver any outcome to shareholders.. In my opinion the best way forward is a reverse merger or takeover by Saracen as there are synergies there to be exploited.
