Now that they've parted ways, it's time for Feng Hua to kick these two directors out and hire somebody proactive.

Feng Hua originally invested their money hoping for early near term gold production via toll treating the shallow Au grounds. Clearly there'd be some frustration from the fact nothing's been done over the past 3 - 4 years.

If I were Feng Hua, I would: - replace the directors, sell their 40% Mt Bevan stake to Legacy for cash and use current cash reserves to purchase gold assets.

Time to be more aggressive and not stay dormant like these current luxury directors have been doing for so long.
