    No, it was just part of the original agreement with Feng Hua when they bought in to the company back in 2013 that the directors of Hawthorn and Feng Hua would have a joint interest in all shares each other own for 3 years, I think this then prevented any party from selling or trading in the securities without the consent of another party, also voting on anything would be a joint thing, not sure what other benefits or reasoning was behind the agreement.

    Feng Hua, other than delivering a cash injection hasn't delivered anything else that I can see, they entered the company citing 'expertise' in the mining industry and to advance Trouser Legs to mine and other projects but have done nothing. Hopefully with the agreement now expired HAW can perhaps be free to negotiate with other parties to progress their assets or we may see an approach by someone else nearby (Saracen).

    The stock is cheap at the moment and doesnt present much downside in the near term in my opinion, but I'm no expert.
