Didn't believe a takeover was that simple. I guess there will be a vote by shareholders on this... I am amazed that they couldn't get a much better deal from the Aussie gold majors or put us up for auction on the open market. Could this be the absolute first company takeover by Chinese concerns (to my knowledge) that actually results in a win for present shareholders? Unfortunately (from past experiences) I have extremely severe doubts about that, but of course would love to have those doubts removed. At least my holdings are small....
