In the agreement how much power does it give the Chinese in the company, i.e. number of directors etc.
I wold say JV are still on the cards, or maybe Peter has a whiff that we'll get the mine from the minister and need a bundle of cash to get it up and running? I really don't know.
In all the Chinese will expect results and hopefully PM goes hell for leather to create lots of value for the company.
