Looks like the Company, in collaboration with its strategic partners, has gone to particular effort to provide a carefully-crafted and well-oiled localised platform for Indonesia. I'm sure it'll be keen to get the 'bread & butter' aspects of its business right, if any problems haven't been remedied already.
