Id like to share your optimism. I see the user experience on the app as poor and customers are having problems converting coins into rewards.
If the campaign sees uptake in customer registrations than im afraid they wont stick around if their experience on the app is not optimal.
You usually clean your house before you invite guests over. They should get the app right before pouring money into marketing that wont actually convert into revenue.
App needs work.
