Ouch. Not a surprise they left the purchase price out of the announcement.

I don't mind a company selling off non-core assets and refocusing into more profitable ventures, but what a mistake the original purchase was.

New management will spin this onto the old management, but I wouldn't be surprised if they are back cap in hand to the market in the future for a raising if they can't sell the Animal Business for a decent price.
