Fengyan is a major SH of CMC......this latest announcement is obviously part of the grand plan as per the co-operation agreement signed in last year - "Fengyang & CMC remain committed to developing CMC into one of the worlds largest, integrated, low cost magnesium producers"........ key word being "integrated".... is this not an integrated announcement?

Lets not forget the MD and his friends own 50% of the company and have more to lose than most...

It could all end in tears, just like forge ( didn't see that coming), but with a billion dollar shareholder on the register (Fengyan) lets not slash our wrists just yet....
